Vegan Sucuk: Kidney Beans, Boldly Spiced

Sucuk is, above all, about spice. The body of our vegan sucuk is built on kidney beans — a filling, densely textured base that is strong in protein. Onion and garlic deepen the foundation, soy sauce adds umami, and our signature spice mix gives it the sharp character you expect. Each 100 grams contains 28 g of plant protein, one of the highest figures in our range.

How to Cook Vegan Sucuk

Slice it and cook — no preparation needed beyond that.

  • In the pan: Slice about half a centimetre thick and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat with a little oil, turning as you go. Ready once the edges brown.
  • In cooked dishes: Use it directly in bean stews, menemen, pizza and pasta sauces. Searing it separately before adding it to the dish brings the spices forward.

From the breakfast table to a main course, it belongs in any dish that calls for sucuk. For our bean stew recipe, visit the recipes page.
